My wife, my young son and I had decided we should sell our home…my search for an agent began in my head. During this quest, I went for a coffee on Lonsdale and slammed on the breaks… wait a minute, there is a Macdonald realty office right here at 3rd!? I decided to walk in and ask their opinion on how to select the best possible match for my urgent need for a, “I run a tight ship agent.” Kindly, they set me up in an office; I drank a courtesy coffee and in walked Lisa Richardson. For about 20 minutes, we bilaterally chatted about everything local. Lisa, my soon to be new friend, was giving me a clear outlook on the market. My mind had lucid fantasies of a new house with a dream yard for my boy, but I wanted to sell fast. Relentlessly, Lisa showed our house as often, as we wanted and in the span of just several weeks, in a slowing market, we sold our house at almost above our expected price and just in time. We are now looking for our new dream home in the north shore and Lisa is still helping us along the way.
